“Big Brothers Holds Series of Socials for Young Professionals”

That’s what’s in store for The Scene, a series of twice-a-month get-togethers being held by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mid-Florida, a non-profit organization matching mentors with at-risk children in Alachua, Marion and Bradford counties.

The socials will occur every other Thursday at Sharab Lounge on 109 S Main St. until Oct. 15, with one tonight from 8 to 10 p.m.
